It depends on your insurance!
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Tufts Health Plans, and Aetna. However, it is always the responsibility of the client to review their Explanation of Benefits to confirm coverage.
If your insurance is not listed, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request.

We’re currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Tufts Health Plans, and Aetna.
We are able to accept payment via HSA/FSA card or credit/debit card for copays or self-pay individuals. For those with unlisted insurance, we can provide a superbill after the time of service, in order for insured clients to file a claim independently.
Upon signing the new client agreement, a credit or debit card is to be placed on file, and will be charged at the end of each session for all clients.

Yes! Dietetic licensure is often (but not always) state-dependent, meaning Megan can only provide care to individuals in states they are licensed within. At this time, that includes Arizona, California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.
Do not schedule virtual sessions during travel, unless this is discussed ahead of time for Megan to research state-specific guidelines.

A few ways! When you sign up for a discovery call, you’ll get an email confirming your ‘purchase’ (don’t worry, this is a technical term, the discovery call is free). In that email, there will be a button to set up an account. After that, all you need to do is enter the email you used to sign up for the call, and assign a password. And boom! You have an account!

The easiest way to reach Megan will be via Healthie’s integrated chat feature. After creating an account, you’ll find the ‘chat’ button beneath the ‘home’ button on the left side of your screen. There’s also Healthie’s mobile app for easy communication.
